Haakh (saag) is a different type of greens that is made in Kashmir, this green is not mustard greens or spinach greens, all these are found only where Kashmiri vegetables are found, it is very easy to make Kashmiri saag, people in Kashmir It is also eaten by mixing it with mutton or mixed with chicken.

Ingredient

1. Green Chillies
2. Var Masala
3. Salt as per taste
4. Asafoetida
5. 1 1/2 spoon oil
6. 2 Red chilli
7. Kashmiri Haakh Leaves

Process of making Kashmiri Haakh

Step-1. Heat a saucepan
Step-2. add 1 1/2 spoon oil in pan and wait till the oil is hot
Step-3. Add 1/2 spoon Asafoetida
Step-4. Add 2 Red chillies
Step-5. Add 2 glasses of water 
Step-6. Add salt as per taste
Step-7. wait till the water is boil
Step-8. Add Haakh leaves to the pan and let it boil for a while
Step-9. Steam it for 10 minutes
Step-10. after that add 2 green chillies
Step-11. Serve with Rice
